friendly staff

It was a well-suited match for a budget stay in Weedsport with reasonable price. The lady who checked us in was super friendly and made us feel welcome. Keep an ear out for noisy floors above. it might help you sleep better.

Old building, floors dirty and uneven!!! Poorly sealed doors let in cold air!!! Bathtub faucet needs fixing!!! Inadequate towels for a family unit!!! Overall cleanliness could be improved!!!

I tell ya what, this place was a real gem! My room was spacious and had a nice, fresh feel. The beds were comfy, and it was cleaner than a whistle. Breakfast had decent choices for filling up. The staff were sweet as pie, too! Just wished the wifi was a tad better, but I ain't complaining!

The surrounding area was pretty convenient for our family trip, with nearby attractions that kept the kids entertained. The room itself was decent enough for our large family, and the decor had a fresh feel that added some charm.

My kids wished there were more breakfast options available.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was surprisingly spacious and decorated nicely, definitely not grandma style! The beds were comfy, and having a fridge and microwave was perfect for my quick stay. However, the bathroom exhaust was super loud, which was a bit annoying. Breakfast had solid options, but could've used a bit more variety. Overall, a decent stay for the price!

Family with children can enjoy it

The location was perfect for our trip, just a short drive to our destination and it felt like a pleasant detour. The staff was really welcoming, especially Peter at the front desk, he was professional and seemed genuinely happy to help, felt good to know we were taken care of.

It was a bit pricey, but acceptable for what we got.

I was really impressed with the spacious room that had a fridge and microwave, perfect for my quick overnight stop.
